We are happy to announce the 2nd edition of Pianovembre: a mini-festival offered in collaboration with our master pianists and their students!
The popularity of the piano is undeniable. Young and old, beginners and advanced, our students share their love of music and their thirst for learning with their dedicated teachers. Thus, five activities are proposed to you: a recital and four workshops. These activities are offered for free!

On Saturday November 5 at 3 p.m., pianist, pedagogue and technician-tuner Nancy Gloutnez, offers interested parties a workshop on how the instrument works: What is hidden inside this big black box? An interactive workshop that will answer all the questions of young pianists!
On Saturday, November 12 at 3 p.m., Rosane Lajoie, piano teacher, offers an improvisation workshop for pianists of all ages and all levels. From a piece worked on with their teacher, participants will have the chance to develop their creative sense with improvisation exercises.
On Saturdays November 19 and 26, at 3 p.m., pianists and pedagogues Sebastian Verdugo and Félix Marquis give interpretation workshops to our young students. These workshops introduce children to the principle of the master class, in a friendly environment conducive to learning.
On Sunday November 20 at 3 p.m., Colombian-born pianist Leonardo Escobar offers a recital of very varied works by M. Albeniz, W.A Mozart, A. Scriabin and V. Valencia. Budding pianists will be charmed by Leonardo's colorful playing!
